Do you ever doubt yourself and your abilities - you are not alone

Do you ever feel like everyone else seems to know what they're doing and it's just you that sometimes doubts yourself or your abilities? Join this session with Emma Johnson as she dissects what imposter syndrome is.

This session will begin to help you identify and address negative thought and behaviour patterns that undermine your confidence, and will help to provide you with some tools to challenge and overcome these beliefs. The first step will be to identify what imposter syndrome is, and secondly to identify the causes and it's effects which can be far reaching such as:

  • Stress and anxiety
  • Low self-esteem
  • Missing opportunities

This session will help you to develop the tools you need to reduce or even eliminate imposter syndrome for you and any team members who fall prey to it.
