In this training forum we are going to explore the power of understanding our preferences and how that impacts us and others at work. The pressure for us to deliver great results within less time is real. Some of us are working in hybrid working patterns, some remotely and some are back it the office.
How are we connecting with each other effectively? We will explore a personality tool called Lumina Splash and uncover the power of self-awareness and the transformational impact it can have on our development and others we work with.
Aliya Vigor-Robertson is the Co-Founder of an HR Consultancy JourneyHR. She has over 25 years HR experience working predominantly with founders predominantly in the creative industry. She completed her MSc in Occupational Psychology in 2001 and regularly uses psychometrics to coach people and bring high performing teams together.
