In its fifth year, Stepping into the Spotlight offers mid to senior-level adlanders the tools and strategies to turbo boost skills and confidence – and in turn, motivate you to take your career to the next level.

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is #EmbraceEquity, so in this event we’ll be hearing from a range of stellar speakers who will explore the actions we can all take to make this industry an unbiased, welcoming environment where everyone belongs. There will also be training on how to help you define your unique leadership style and how to maximise your potential as a high-performance leader.
