Following the success of our International Women’s Day event in March, we have another edition of our ‘Stepping into the Spotlight’ series taking place at the IPA on Thursday 13 July.

This impactful morning will include breakfast and networking, a keynote address on the power of diverse executive representation by Sarah Churchman, Chief Inclusion and Wellbeing Officer at PwC, a panel discussion with D&I leaders on finding your purpose and creating the life you want, and a fantastic workshop on the importance of allyship led by Hobbs Consultancy featuring Daniele Fiandaca, founder of Token Man and certified co-active coach Roxanne Hobbs.

Expect to be inspired, challenged, and equipped to move the dial on change.

9.40am The power of diverse executive representation and the impact on equal opportunities

Sarah Churchman OBE will be talking about the importance of diverse representation at the highest levels, and sharing with us PwC's D&I journey.

Sarah is widely regarded as one of the country’s most seasoned professionals in D&I, and received her OBE in 2018 for services to women in business, equality, and D&I. She is frequently quoted in the media on issues such as gender and ethnicity pay gap, social mobility, and generational diversity, and is leading PwC’s focus on inclusion and wellbeing both within the workplace and across the PwC communities.

9.55am Panel discussion: How to find your purpose and create the life you want

What does manifestation have to do with finding purpose? According to our fantastic speakers, quite a lot. This will be an honest and open conversation about the challenges of modern-day professional and personal life, and how to embrace the imbalances and big picture thinking.

10.45 Coaching: The importance of allyship

A fantastic workshop led by Hobbs Consultancy featuring certified co-active coach Roxanne Hobbs and Daniele Fiandaca, founder of Token Man. Roxanne and Daniele will be teaming up to provide practical guidance on the importance of allyship, exploring what it means to be an ally, what it takes to be an ally, and what you get from being an ally.

Roxanne is a certified coach, passionate about the D&I agenda, and founded Hobbs Consultancy on the deep-seated belief that adland needed to do better to support women. Daniele founded Token Man in order to engage men with the I&D strategy and inspire them to become change-makers. He was recently announced as one of the Top 50 Trailblazers in Gender Equality in the UK.
