A fantastic workshop led by Hobbs Consultancy featuring certified co-active coach Roxanne Hobbs and Daniele Fiandaca, founder of Token Man. Roxanne and Daniele will be teaming up to provide practical guidance on the importance of allyship, exploring what it means to be an ally, what it takes to be an ally, and what you get from being an ally.

Roxanne is a certified coach, passionate about the D&I agenda, and founded Hobbs Consultancy on the deep-seated belief that adland needed to do better to support women.  Daniele founded Token Man in order to engage men with the I&D strategy and inspire them to become change-makers. He was recently announced as one of the Top 50 Trailblazers in Gender Equality in the UK.
