Now in its fourth year, the IPA Stepping into the Spotlight series offers mid to senior level adlanders an array of tools and strategiesto help turbo boost your skills and confidence, and in turn transform your belief in yourself and motivate you to take your career to the next level. We bring you vibrant, inspiring speakers from the creative industries to talk about what equality means to them.

For the next three Stepping into the Spotlight sessions we have partnered with Lydia Amoah - award-winning business coach, author of the Black Pound Report and one of Britain’s leading authorities on inclusion, diversity and equity. In this workshop, Lydia will focus on ensuring you have what it takes to become a truly influential leader, helping you to find a leadership style and presence that is authentic to you.
