It goes without saying that the commercial landscape is not what it once was. The pandemic has put even greater pressure on agency margins, and now there is the added challenge of a talent shortage.

This lack of talent means that when the right people are found, they come at a premium, raising questions such as:

  • How do agencies broach re-negotiating fees with clients to combat rising staff costs?
  • What happens when the client challenges an attempt to re-negotiate?
