Sera is a serial entrepreneur in the industry, bringing a world class strategic approach rooted in business and creative effectiveness. A former Drum Marketer of the Year, Sera now runs strategy and innovation consultancy The Fawnbrake Collective with co-founder Amelia Torode, cited by the likes of the FT, Management Today, Contagious and Campaign as leaders of 21st century working best practice and featuring in award-winning business books such The Squiggly Career, She's Back, The Mother of All Jobs and Flex.
Sera was previously an elected Council Member of the IPA, co-chair of the IPA's Effectiveness Leadership Group, and authored the IPA's Effectiveness Essentials qualification. A visiting Faculty member on creative business innovation and leadership on the Berlin School MBA and Cannes Creative Leaders Programmes, Sera also co-chairs the IPA's prestigious Excellence Diploma and runs the Effectiveness Leadership module on the renowned Business Leaders course.
A committed mentor across the industry, Sera is part of the organisational team on the Exchange, Bloom's pioneering peer to peer-mentoring programme, is a mentor for Brixton Finishing School, Bloom Boost and an ambassador for the Creative Mentor Network.
