Ben is an accomplished business leader with a diverse career spanning sales, marketing, strategic revenue & category management, and consulting. He possesses a strong foundation in data and analytics, having commenced his career with Circana, where he collaborated with major FMCG businesses.
For the past 20 years, Ben has been an integral part of Nestlé, gaining extensive experience across various commercial functions within the pet food division. His international exposure includes working in multiple countries across Europe, enriching his understanding of diverse market dynamics. For the last 8 years, Ben has been a key member of Purina UK & Ireland's Senior Leadership Team, where he has successfully led multiple functions, driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across teams.
Currently, Ben serves as the leader of the Marketing team for Purina’s Northern Region, which includes the UK & Ireland, Nordics, and Netherlands. He is also a vital part of Purina Europe’s Marketing Leadership Team, where he contributes to shaping marketing strategies and continuing the long standing success of the Purina Europe business.
Outside of work Ben enjoys keeping fit and is a very keen runner, recently completing the Valencia marathon in under 3 hours. He lives in Haywards Heath with his wife, two young sons and dog Eevee.
