Currently leading the team across two customer facing brands within the rail industry, Laura has a wealth of marketing and communications knowledge across leisure, tourism, performing arts and transport. A sort of marketing all-rounder, with knowledge and experience in crisis comms, strategic marketing planning and creative brand management. However, Lauras professional career started a long way from marketing with an academic music degree in the beautiful city of Edinburgh and spending 5 years training to be an opera singer.
In her spare time, not one to be bored, Laura still performs in various productions, runs freelance social media for a film production company and is chairperson of a voluntary group who organise community events and fundraise for various small charities.
