Philippa started her career in advertising and media at DMB&B followed by a long stint at Bartle Bogle Hegarty working on some award-winning brands such as Audi and Haagen-Dazs.

Philippa was then appointed the first Group Marketing Director at IPC magazines ( part of Time Warner ) and subsequently became Managing Director of one of the divisions.

Over the past 25+ years, Philippa has held a number of CEO roles, including CEO of Omnicom Media Group UK and Global CEO of PhD, working across markets and with some of the biggest global brands. 

In addition to her roles at Omnicom, Philippa was also appointed to the Board of Leeds Building Society as a Non-Executive Director and chaired the Advertising Association Board. 

Philippa is currently pursuing her Non-Executive and trustee career and currently sits on the board of a new social commerce startup called i love it (part of the Klein Group) and as a Trustee of Future Dreams Breast Cancer Charity. She also co-chairs a fundraising committee in aid of Refugee Support Europe.
