Head of Marketing Effectiveness, Lloyds Banking Group
Seena’s career spans across client and agency side, with extensive experience in Financial Services. She recently joined Lloyds Banking Group as the Head of Marketing Effectiveness, leading the Group’s transformation in measuring, optimising and driving value from their marketing investment.
Prior to this, Seena established the Data & Analytics department at Mindshare, delivering a comprehensive suite of data, analytics and technology solutions for their clients. This included data strategy consultancy, BI and dashboarding, measurement frameworks, digital performance analytics, econometrics and brand modelling. She also led Mindshare’s cross-agency effectiveness working group.
Seena has held leadership positions at HSBC, NatWest and Barclays, including Global Head of Marketing Effectiveness Analytics at HSBC, where she led their marketing analytics transformation programme across markets.
Seena is passionate about supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives through mentoring, participating in panels, speaking at events and on podcasts. Seena also enjoys spending time judging award-winning entries for leading effectiveness institutions and holds a Member of IPA Accreditation.
