Maddie Wollerton Blanks

Maddie Wollerton Blanks is a Director who leads the People Consulting team at Grant Thornton UK. Maddie supports CPOs, HRDs and other business leaders to achieve their strategic objectives through their people agenda. That can mean anything from supporting HR Functions to be set up to deliver to the needs of the business to a culture transformation or, most commonly over the last five years, working on their inclusion and diversity agendas.

The start of Maddie’s career in external audit has brought with it a focus on using data and KPIs around the people agenda to demonstrate the value of people to a business and to evidence the impact of work done, especially around inclusion. She is also passionate about giving senior leaders a safe space to enquire, learn and reflect on their own understanding of the inclusion agenda and equipping them with the tools they need to deliver.
