Tesco, Head of Marketing
Alicia began her Marketing career at Boots in 2009 before joining Tesco in 2013. She now leads the Marketing team, with a focus on seasonal campaigns and shaping brand reputation.
Passionate about inclusion, Alicia and her team partner with organisations such as RNIB and the DSC to create propositions that make shopping accessible for everyone. Recent initiatives include an industry-first collaboration with Be My Eyes to support blind and partially sighted customers, and the rollout of high-contrast screens on Self Service Checkouts.
A committed advocate for progressive representation in advertising, Alicia is an active member of the Unstereotype Alliance, challenging stereotypes and championing authentic portrayals.
In partnership with teams from BBH and EssenceMediacom, Tesco proudly won the 2026 Channel 4 Diversity in Advertising Award for their entry ‘Let’s Get Cooking!’ - with more exciting work to come.
