Carly Avener is CEO of Leo UK, the creative agency behind some of the nation’s best-loved brands including McDonald’s, Kellogg’s, Vodafone and B&Q. Since stepping into the role, she has steered the agency to be named Campaign’s Creative Agency of the Year twice and secured a spot on The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work list three years in a row.
Guided by her belief in “winning in the right way,” Carly has championed initiatives that go beyond creativity - launching Parentland to support working parents, introducing the agency’s first all-staff volunteering day, and driving new pathways into the industry through apprenticeships and mentoring. Her leadership was recognised this year when she was named Campaign’s ‘Head of Agency of the Year’.
