Job description
You will work as part of a team to:
Build long-term relationships with clients
Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
Plan and implement campaign and digital strategies for clients
Optimise content in order to improve SEO/SEM/Social/PR
Present and train on media strategies to clients
Analyse the effectiveness of campaigns
Recommend, design and implement projects to increase their ROI
Set up a list of KPIs to track for each client
Prepare and present reports on their progress
Keep abreast with new trends and insights
The Package
We are looking for a motivated and conscientious individual who has a minimum of 3-5 years experience in hands on strategic/campaign planning roles, ideally this will have been in a similar creative agency.
You will know LOVE putting forward plans and proposals that demonstrate how they will achieve KPIS and you'll have as much knowledge about traditional and print as well as digital media channels; Display, Paid Social, Email, PPC & SEO, selecting the right channels for the job.
You will dot all of the I's and cross all of the T's - accuracy is a key requirement. Optimising and reporting on results all the way.
You will work effectively under short time pressures and be able to handle multiple projects at a time.
You'll be experienced in Google Ads and Meta Ads Campaign Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Advanced Excel and Powerpoint.
In return we offer hybrid working with most of the team working from home Mondays and Fridays and in the office Tuesday to Thursday.
