Key Purpose of Role
The Activation Department is responsible for the planning OOH solutions on behalf of all of Kinetics’ agencies and clients.
Account Executives work within an allocated team in the Planning Department. The roles works alongside and supports Account Managers and Senior Account Managers on a number of accounts; planning campaigns for clients/agencies in their team and developing good relationships with media owners.
Account Executives undertake a wide variety of tasks within the team. They will learn and develop their planning skills and develop knowledge and expertise about the ‘Out of Home’ Sector.
Overview of Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties:
• Find ways to develop strong relationships with agency, clients and media owners • Helping to compile OOH solutions in response to the client brief alongside senior colleagues • Developing good working relationships with clients • Develops basic OOH solutions for clients/agencies • Develop a basic understanding of clients’ sector • Collate production requirements • Co-ordinate campaign photography and send over to clients/agencies • Undertakes competitive analysis and post-campaign analysis • Compile production reports • Prepares site tour documents and logistics of the site tour • Identifies and appropriately raises client issues • Update internal databases as required • Demonstrates use of industry and Kinetic planning tools and follows 4D planning process • Collates information from vendors and collates and updates market reports and availability • Develop knowledge of vendor activity, building relationships with Media Owners • Begin to develop strong relationships and networks throughout Kinetic • Gets involved in the wider Kinetic business; helping with training, forums, agency initiatives, internal and external events etc.
