You will likely be looking for your first career move, or perhaps your first role working in the media planning and buying sector, working for an agency that has a demonstrable commitment to working with our personnel to develop their careers. You will learn the core terminology of offline delivery – TV, radio, and press, as well as about the markets our clients operate in and the challenges they face.

Key to your success in the role will be your ability to engage with your colleagues in the digital and performance teams and to learn about how integrated campaigns for clients work. You will understand the importance of meeting deadlines and of always striving to exceed client’s expectations. Not afraid of undertaking administrative tasks you will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

From you we will be looking for enthusiasm, an enquiring mind, and a desire to learn. Highly numerate you will have a keen eye for detail and a working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel.
