Job description

The Account Executive role will sit within our Entertainment team, helping to deliver projects for some of the biggest brands on the planet, including The Walt Disney Company, WarnerMedia, Universal and Entertainment One. This is a fantastic opportunity for applicants with one year's experience to immerse themselves in the world of Entertainment and learn from some of the best in the business within a fast-paced and exciting sector.


Key Responsibilities

Assist in the management of integrated projects across branding, experiential, social media and digital
Building great working relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers
Organising meetings, hotel bookings, catering, technology, and transport
Attending client briefings and helping to develop strategy and briefs
Act as a point of contact for a client
Supporting the development of creative work by documenting client feedback and attending creative review meetings.
Monitoring project deadlines and budgets, identifying, and communicating potential changes that may be required.
Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next actions
Report back internally and to clients on project timelines
Collaborate on pitches and proposals
Financial management of projects

Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communications (preferable)
Experience organising projects
Relevant internships (bonus)
Confident communicator
Strategical mind-set
Self-starter
Genuine interest and understanding of the Entertainment industry
