Gravity Global is the most award winning, world-leading marketing communications agency working with complex markets, and we are looking for an all star Account Manager to join us.

You will be part of a 5-people strong, supportive, nurturing and fun team, within a truly global B2B Agency. The pace is fast, so being organised, a team player and ability to multitask is essential, however, there is great support network amongst all team members, which also extends to workload changes and cover when needed. There is a strong mentoring culture within the team, lead by the Group Account Director, who is a very supportive, dedicated and a nurturing and enthusiastic mentor. This is a key role within the team, with lots of development potential for the right person, and it requires the chosen candidate to take true ownership of projects and support with pro-active attitude, ideas and opinions.

A great opportunity for an individual who is keen to manage truly global campaigns, from inception: briefing, strategy, messaging (supported by the GAD, AD and Planners), right through to implementation (creative, content) and delivery. A good role for someone who likes to see things through.

This is a role for a pro-active person who wishes to progress in the world of B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Day to day management of fully integrated global campaigns, advertising (print and digital) OOH and events, requiring production of both masters and localisation assets as appropriate. You can even get involved in media planning and ideation.
- European languages will be used regularly
- You will engage with the wider teams at Gravity: strategy/planning, digital and creative departments to deliver client’s campaigns
- The successful candidate will also work closely with the GAD and all the other members of the team, to support the financial management of all accounts, this includes quoting/estimating, financial reconciliations, forecasting, invoicing etc…
- Creative briefs interrogation and writing


Experience / Skills Required

- We are looking for an established Account Manager with a solid understanding of digital
- Excellent project manager skills with an eye for detail, accuracy, quality and timings
- Impeccable client management skills and confidence in communicating with clients both verbally and in written form
- Experience in the management and production of global digital marketing campaigns
- A strong understanding of the processes for campaign master and localised assets production and delivery
- Possess a strong commercial mindset and understanding of the financial workings of running an account
- Are able and comfortable with raising estimates/quotes
- Are comfortable briefing creatives as well as critiquing and giving feedback (with ideas if needed) on their work
- Are proficient at writing creative briefs and confident at writing internal and external communication
- Are comfortable supporting and participating in the client quarterly reviews if and as needed
- Have a second European language - FR, DE or ES - two even better
- Are comfortable dealing with a network of linguists
- Have experience in Wordbee or at the very least in a similar language translation platform
- You are a true team player - able and willing to support others in the team, taking an interest in what they are working on and showing initiative
- You are highly reliable, flexible, energetic, driven, personable, confident, a self- starter and a pro-active individual, someone with enthusiasm - these are all traits the rest of the team possesses, as such are a must-have for this team and for our client

Desirable experience:

- Aerospace, financial, tech, telco
- ABM, marketing automation, search and social experience/knowledge would be greatly valued
