Account Manager

Gravity Global is an award winning, world-leading B2B communications agency. We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual with B2B agency experience to join our ever-growing Global agency as an Account Manager. You will be supporting on global financial services clients across the implementation of brand strategy and identity, right through to integrated marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside and providing support to your immediate line
manager and wider agency teams
• Commercial accountability for and development of existing client
• Accurate and timely financial and job management
• Working effectively with our integrated teams to ensure that projects are
delivered to agreed timescales and in line with client briefs

Experience / skills required:

• Solid B2B experience
• Account management knowledge and experience of agency processes
• Proven ability to sustain and develop valuable client relationships
• Solid experience running and reporting on campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital marketing
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, innovation and creative thinking
• Strong understanding of the creative processes and marketing disciplines
• Work collaboratively within a highly motivated agency team
• Interpret a brief and add value through innovation and experience
• Write effective, compelling presentations and proposals
• Strong presentation skills and an ability to develop compelling client
• Confident and personable with excellent client facing skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to deliver to deadlines and within budget
