The Package

There is a real buzz, excitement and family feel about the place. All 60+ of us are passionate about what we do. We’re all remote at the moment, but when we’re in the office people work in their slippers, share pictures of their pets and kids, and frequently organise good old fashioned drinks in the nearby pub. Above all - remote or not - after a fulfilling day’s work, people head home with a smile on their face. Looking after each other is the thing we’re really proud of :)

But, this is a job ad, and we get how it needs to work. Other benefits include:

- Competitive salary based on your experience
- Flexibility to work remotely
- 20 days annual leave and 8 days national bank holidays plus extra time around Christmas (based on full time working hours)
- A big good old messy Christmas party and a mid-year summer party (all expenses paid)
- Whatever computer, software, books and other materials you might need
- A healthy budget for whatever training, conferences, and other qualifications you might be interested in taking
- Free-as-in-free beer, wine, and other goodies at the office as we near the weekend
- Regular paid for social activities (in person normally, but remote at the moment): cookalongs, yoga lessons, go-karting, curries, poker, and more
- Free flowing, high quality, award-winning Hasbean coffee on tap
- A gorgeous workspace with plenty of space to relax, think, read, cook, eat, and work

If this all sounds good to you, please get in touch!

The Agency

Rock Kitchen Harris

Let’s get straight to the point, we make communications, services, and products look and sound great. Simple as that. We effectively change perceptions and have done so since 1982

Creative agencies are only as good as what they achieve today. It doesn't matter that we've been around for over 40 years, create clever campaigns, 'get' digital, and survive recessions. History is important but what we do now matters most, and we realise that.
