Business Director

Job description

We’re looking for a Business Director to match our values of Courageous & Confident; Curious & Conscious; Spirited & Positive, to become the right-hand person to our Managing Partner and to be part of our senior leadership team.

Together you will lead our portfolio of sport, fashion, lifestyle, tech and charity clients looking to connect with Next Gen audiences, while also building a supersonic dream team of client servicing talent that you will help lead, develop and nurture to the best of their ability.

ABOUT YOU

It should go without saying that you’re an excellent communicator and highly organised; a great team player, delivering excellence all the time, every time.

You have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a lead creative agency or ad agency environment, delivering brand proposition, brand strategy, consumer insight, advertising and brand marketing work.

• You’re all about making your mark and have the confidence to be autonomous.
• You must be immersed in youth culture, constantly absorbing, dissecting and understanding trends and cultural moments.
• You’re a lateral thinker and problem-solver, excelling across multiple projects at the same time.
• You’re willing to get your hands dirty, and you’re open to new challenges.
• You’re driven, passionate and hungry to progress.
• You’re keen to help mentor and develop the team.

The Package

- 12 month fixed-term contract.
- 5 days per week.
- £300 per day.
- Start date asap.

Ultimately, we are looking for someone special to join team long term, so there is a very real opportunity for a permanent gig for the right person.

High Stakes Films is our production arm, delivering culture-driven film and stills https://www.highstakesfilms.com/. Working with a mixture of brand clients and agency clients High Stakes is agile, nimble and super creative.

We do this by investing heavily in every single team member via our ZAKademy training and development programme, which we run in consultation with the IPA. We are currently working towards our Gold accreditation.
