What you’ll be doing:
Generating big campaign ideas across all media, with a keen focus on digital experience.
Steering creative teams as lead on a wide variety of projects delivering on time, on budget and to the very highest quality.
Selling your own and your team’s concepts successfully.
Supporting the creative team as a mentor sharing inspiration, motivation and clear and constructive feedback.
Collaborating on developing strategies agreed between Client Services, Strategic Planning, Media and Creative teams.
Client engagement and presentation.
Creative presentation content and structure.
Pitch and tender writing.
Assist in the identification of new business potential and the construction of speculative creative approaches.
Quality control of concepts, projects, processes and performance.
Contribute to a positive and pro-active culture.
Make a sustainable positive contribution to the future success of the Company.

Degree qualification in a Design or Advertising discipline.
Experience
Demonstrable experience working in an agency.
