We seek a proficient, motivated Digital Account Manager to join our rapidly growing team in Central London. This role demands a highly organized, proactive individual ready to thrive in our dynamic agency. The ideal candidate must possess substantial expertise in planning and managing various aspects of digital marketing, particularly Google Ads, social media, and Programmatic campaigns. Your responsibilities will encompass workload management, timely project delivery, strategic client support, and goal achievement. Reporting to the Head of Digital Media, you will receive ample guidance and support. Additionally, this role entails knowledge-sharing, mentoring, and nurturing future members of the digital team.

Core duties:

• Develop, build, and grow client relationships.
• Understanding client businesses and generating new ideas to enhance performance.
• Assist with new business pitches.
• Build trust, credibility, and client referrals.
• Translating business goals into marketing strategy.
• Proposal writing and project planning.
• Briefing and managing projects across different departments to ensure successful delivery of objectives.
• Review and report against account profitability with ideas for improvement.
• End to end PPC, Display, Programmatic, Mobile, Social strategy development, analysis, and management.
• Keep finance bookings and system organized in perfect order (Media Ocean - Prisma)

Mandatories:

• From 3 to 5 years’ digital experience, agency experience preferred.
• At least 3 years’ experience with Media Ocean Prisma bookings system.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, Programmatic Ads, YouTube Ads, Influencers and Campaign Manager 360 is highly regarded.
• Experienced in Finance/forecasts – from managing budgets and predicating sales forecasts.
• Analytical/Excel proficiency with pivot tables is mandatory.
• Good understanding of branding, design, web development and marketing processes.
• Excellent project management and planning skills.
• High levels of organisation with an excellent eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time, prioritise and deliver calmly under pressure.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Track record of client relationship development.
• Ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
• Thorough understanding of all aspects of marketing, especially digital.
• Able to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and discretion in relation to interacting with people at all levels.
