Digital Marketing Director

The role:
● Leading creating and overseeing the implementation of digital marketing
● Working into leadership on driving divisional success, this is an exciting
opportunity to be shaping service offering. Managing and helping build a small, talented and growing team that works across talent, content and community. Being a part of new business pitches and partnerships, and overseeing credentials and case studies
● Reviewing, testing and experimenting with new platforms and digital spaces pushing innovation and boundaries to reach and engage new audiences
● Working closely with our clients to understand their business needs and objectives vs budgets, helping them shape and meet their KPIs, identifying
partnership opportunities
● Overseeing the report on performance, analysis, generation of insights and
application of learnings to continually improve our digital services

What we’re looking for:
● Agency experience, ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. 3-5 years in a similar role working on global clients
● Gen-Z and Millennial literate, with work that demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of these markets. You perhaps represent the consumer that we engage, or you engage in that customer with a sophisticated and objective understanding
● A generalist with a broad skillset, able to look at the bigger picture whilst paying attention to the details
● Someone who is powered by data, with the ability to understand benchmarks of campaign performance, tracking tools and frameworks
● A great sense of responsibility and ownership, and will be confident in managing digital marketing budgets
● Always updated on advertising standards and regulations particularly within influencer marketing, confident with overseeing contracts/scope with talent and third parties

The Package

The Digital Fairy is a full service creative marketing studio working for brands within the fashion, lifestyle, and beauty industries, connecting them to youth and digital culture. Fairy Networks is our Digital Marketing Department where we deliver creative and innovative amplification strategies, methods and activations for brands reaching youth audiences.

We have built credibility with clients including adidas, Ariana Grande Fragrances, Laura Mercier, Schwarzkopf, Nike, Estee Lauder Companies, Converse and Dove. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to lead this division and to oversee some of our key accounts and exciting projects. This role needs a real strategic thinker, a digital marketer who uses data to underpin creative planning and someone who has the ability to work both collaboratively and with autonomy.
