Digital Marketing Executive

Job description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our talent management and influencer marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and the ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies. We are looking for an individual who isn't traditional in their mindset, is always thinking outside the box and looking for opportunity in the digital space.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Founder to implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to promote the agency and its services, including SEO strategy
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with our talent and influencers to create engaging content
- Manage social media accounts and create content calendars
- Monitor and report on website traffic and engagement metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Introduce partnership opportunities for collaborative content with brands and agencies who align with the agency and our services.

Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC advertising
