We’re a successful creative agency, established almost 30 years, and working for major brands, such as Pukka Pies, Mentos, Smint, Herbalife, Ageas and Condor Ferries, creating and producing TV, radio, print, digital and social campaigns.
And right now we’re looking for a Financial Controller to help us stay in great financial shape, managing a small but established finance team.
The role includes:
- Evaluation and implementation of new financial management system
- Preparation of budgets/forecasts
- Reporting of monthly management accounts, including reconciliation of balance sheet/general ledger
- Preparation of client billing/revenue reports
- Preparation of monthly payroll and organising payment through Telepay
- VAT returns – reconciliation and submission
- Prepare audit schedules for corporate tax return
- Reconcile and submit P11D, deal with queries
- Maintain Company insurances
This opportunity has arisen with the retirement of our long-serving FD, so there may be an opportunity to expand the role over time for the right candidate.
An AAT / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent qualification is beneficial but not essential.

The Package
Our offices are in central Bournemouth, with plenty of parking for everyone. We work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office, and Monday and Friday from home, which works really well for us, maintaining the excellent working relationships we have established with a flexible new way of working.
