Investment Executive – Trading & Investment

Key Purpose of Role

This role will support the Trading and Investment Team by undertaking administrative and data analysis duties across all our client accounts where Audit, Barter and Proprietary Media KPIs apply and to complete weekly Excel reports that track business billings.

Overview of Key Accountabilities, Responsibilities and Duties

• Support the media auditing process by collating and reconciling data and liaising with internal colleagues about findings.
• Build and maintain relationships with key media owners, barter agencies and media agencies to help ensure the prompt and successful delivery of the barter process.
• Ensure barter agencies are aware of their client’s media plans and work with them to identify tradeable opportunities.
• Work with the trading and finance departments to ensure barter campaigns are billed on time.
• Understand the proprietary media process and assist the Investment Managers to add proprietary media bookings to our bespoke booking system and internal tracker.
• Completion of weekly billing reports.
• Support the wider investment team in their duties – ad-hoc reports & data analysis.
