As Account Director you’ll be responsible for guiding the strategy and servicing of some of our top accounts, ensuring that our clients get the best results and service from the agency.
Supporting the new business drive - delivering pitches and onboarding new clients - will be a key part of this role.
Reporting directly into the business owners, you’ll help with the ongoing development of the agency proposition, and drive the direction of The Nest.
Who you are
You might be an experienced media account director looking for a new challenge, or an exceptional senior media manager ready to take the next step.
You’ll be ambitious and keen to progress in a senior role within an advertising agency.
You’ll have a passion for client services and a head for strategic thinking.

You’ll be eager to put your stamp on the business, contributing to the direction and vision of The Nest.
You'll always be looking for better ways of doing things, working with the team to improve our output and delivering better results for our clients.
You'll support the Directors in creating a positive working environment and ensuring we have a happy team and happy clients.
Experience in, and an understanding of, forecasting, reporting and managing agency revenue and client finances would be desirable.
A few things you might expect to be doing in your day-to-day…
Working with the business owners on the running and direction of the agency - depending on your strengths this might include marketing, new business, finances and more.
Overseeing client servicing across our most important accounts.
Developing media strategies for client campaigns or pitches
Planning and buying media across a broad range of channels
Training and supporting the wider agency team, including line management responsibilities.
- Up to £60k per year depending on experience
