We’re Smithfield, an award winning independent media planning and buying agency. We specialise in Brand Response and Performance Media, so we love analytics and measuring and reporting on business outcomes for our clients.

Working for us you will have full budget accountable and work closely with our clients to build media plans that align with their marketing objectives.

With a project management mindset, you will be expected to build proactive working relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for media planning and strategy.

Utilising data and analytics to measure campaign performance you will provide your clients with insights and recommendations to optimise media plans for improved results.

You will have an audience centric approach to media planning and be encouraged to stay up to date with industry trends, media consumption habits, and emerging technologies to inform media planning strategies.
In short, you will be one of the agencies “go to” people for all things media strategy and planning.

The role will also present you with the opportunity to develop your people management skills as you will manage and coach a small team with the brief of developing their planning skills.
