About the team

The IMA-HOME Media team help clients connect their advertising to the target audience through paid media channels. We start by gathering audience insight in terms of who they are, what they look like, and what media they consume. Once we have that information we begin media planning using our bespoke planning process. We select media based on its ability to resonate with and deliver to the audience, always remaining relevant in terms of context and mindset.

Summary of the Media Planning Manager role

We are looking for an experienced Media / Comms Planner, with 3-4 years experience, who is ready to move up to a Manager level and take the next step in their career. This Media Planning Manager role will see you working in a dedicated team, across new business & existing clients, to oversee media planning processes and strategy.

Some requirements of the Media Planning Manager role will include

You will need to have a good and up to date understanding of the principles of media planning
Expertise in using tools such as GWI, YouGov, Nielsen Ad Intel and Touchpoints etc.
Have a broad knowledge across all media channels (on and offline)
Be a good presenter and storyteller
Effective at undertaking audience, competitor and sector research and discovering insights to fuel planning
