We have a fantastic opportunity for an offline media account director to work with us on a great portfolio of clients. You will be joining our growing team to execute campaigns across appropriate media channels to reach your client's audience, whether that's tv, radio, outdoor, digital or print. The role is fast paced and varied, it will suit numerate candidates who are commercially savvy, effective managers and business focused. We are looking for a dynamic, creative thinking candidate, who is passionate about all thing’s media.
As Media Account Director (offline), you'll be the main contact for clients and you will have overall responsibility for developing an understanding of the client's business.
You will have a strong understanding of media strategy (especially TV), and exceptional knowledge in creating insight driven media campaigns. You should be a natural leader, you'll be managing a team of media planner buyers who will be responsible for implementation of the media campaigns.
4-5+ years’ experience in a similar role working with offline media channels - TV, radio, outdoor, digital and print.
Fully conversant (planning and buying) across several media channels, including TV.
Strong client relationships and ownership of several accounts
Sound experience working at strategic level and making recommendations.
Team management to deliver effective media campaigns across integrated channel.
Developing and mentoring to ensure exceptional client delivery.
Establishing and managing long term client strategies
Taking an active role in new business generation
A confident communicator; written and verbal. Lead client meetings and presentation
