Founders Makers is looking for a Paid Marketing Executive, responsible for working within our digital team to develop and execute Agile marketing campaigns for challengers, scaleups, and Europe’s leading brands.

Role: Paid Marketing Exec

Salary: £25k - £35k (dependent on experience)

The Package

The ideal candidate will be confident in paid advertising, using analytics platforms and will be passionate about bringing creative ideas to the table and seeing them to fruition.

This is a junior position, and we expect the candidate to be able to learn and grow in their role.

Hours: 9am - 6pm

Location: Shoreditch or the Strand, we do three days in office, two days WFH.

Training: Individual training budgets for all members of the team

Holidays: 20 days - not including public holidays, birthday or our 2 week break over New Years.

Work from Anywhere: up to 20 days each year

Other 'Perks': Office baby x 1 (will grow older though), Coffee machine x 2, Office Dogs x 3 (though not all at once), annual retreats, and you can bring your dog to work (obviously) 🐶.


Responsibilities:

- Support the Digital Lead with digital advertising activities, including paid advertising and email marketing.

- Work with the wider Founders Makers team in thinking creatively to come up with innovative and exciting marketing ideas for paid and digital media.

- Able to work independently to envision creative new means to advertise and market products and services across a wide range of market sectors.

- Assist with the setup, optimisation and reporting of Paid Marketing projects where required.


Required Experience:

- Excellent written and communication skills, both longform and microcopy.

- Certification or at least six months’ experience using in either Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, or Meta Ads Manager.

- Up-to-date with the cutting-edge of digital campaigning strategies and tactics.

- Confident speaking and presenting to clients when required.

Desired Experience:

- Experience working with a team to develop and execute paid-marketing campaigns.

- Experience with Meta Ads, SEO, PPC, or social media marketing

- Experience with TikTok Ads, SnapChat Ads, programmatic advertising, Microsoft Ads, Amazon Ads, or other digital advertising platforms.

- A track record of successful marketing or paid marketing campaigns

- Experience in email marketing campaigns, both transactional and mass-marketing

- Experience with A/B testing and other optimization strategies

- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other reporting tools

- Familiarity with Looker Studio or other data visualization tools
