Partnerships Project Manager

Role Overview: 
As the Project Manager within the Partnerships team at Hearts & Science, your main responsibility will be actively project managing the partnerships outputs and campaigns for our clients.

You’ll be the key point of contact between clients and media partners as well as internal stakeholders, and will be in charge of ensuring that all elements of the delivery of campaigns are managed centrally including management of plans, content and approvals, administration, status meetings and reporting as well as financial reconciliation and management. You’ll develop excellent relationships with clients and partners to make sure that campaigns run to a specific and detailed timeline and are activated on time and successfully.

Please note that this is a Project Management role. An important and key part of the role is to support and assist the partnerships team, with the primary function being to activate and project manage the partnerships that the team work to get approved by our clients.

Responsibilities include:
Liaising with both internal & external production and ad ops teams to ensure we put in place clear and realistic project timelines for our partnerships.

Conducting kick off meetings and regular status meetings for our projects.

Overseeing and managing the media plans and approvals processes and maintaining clear, up to date administrative documents.

Managing media partners to ensure projects are being delivered and any issues dealt with efficiently and successfully for our clients.

Making sure all bookings, approvals, tracking and reconciling of plans and financial processes are adhered to and managed within the agency process and framework.

Producing the partnership sales material, sometimes in its entirety and sometimes with supporting team/s, always at market leading standards
Delivering regular reports and updates to all stakeholders on campaigns including the production of post campaign presentations.

Liaising with clients, creative agencies, compliance, legal, production, marketing & client teams.


Skills & Experience:
Strong previous experience in a similar role (essential)

Demonstrable project management skills.

A relationship builder.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to present yourself and communicate professionally in all of your encounters with media owners, clients and other colleagues.

A keen interest in creative media and desire to learn about the full media landscape and the future potential of media partnerships.

A collaborator with good communication skills who is happy to interact with all parts of the business including client teams, activation, ad ops, finance as well as media partners and other key client agencies.
