Advertising is a pillar of the creative economy. It is a key driver of the UK economy, consumer behaviour, and competition. Sports, media, arts and culture depend on advertising as a vital source of revenue. Advertising is what makes the web free.

The Advertising Association is a tripartite trade body that represents the interests of advertisers, the agencies and media. Its purpose is to promote responsible advertising and its value to the wider society. The Advertising Association acts as a vital link between industry and government and our work requires regular participation and engagement on political issues. These issues can range from digital regulation, the future of skills, the impact of the cost-of-living on business, sustainability and responsible advertising.

The Advertising Association is looking to recruit a Policy Manager to join our busy public affairs and policy team. We are looking for someone with a strong political head, resilient, problem solver, a proactive can-do attitude, a willingness to challenge ideas, and strong drive to help achieve its policy objectives.
