The Role:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to support the Broadcast Production team across all aspects of day-to-day administration of the department and will be reporting to the Head of Production. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career in advertising production and keen to get involved, working in a fast paced, dynamic team.

The Production Coordinator will also be immersed in the Localisation process, working closely with Producers and PAs throughout the lifecycle of a production.

The Work:

Liaising with Producers & Finance regarding the status of productions.
Coordinate departments meetings, holidays, expenses.
Creating & amending estimates with backup documents.
Creating PO’s, monitoring invoices, approving invoices.
Overseeing travel arrangements.
Helping with other ongoing paperwork.
