Senior Account Manager

Job description

You are equally as strong at building relationships as you are project managing.

You can build relationships with clients, their partners and our own people to provide campaign support on pitches, presentations, preparation, production and delivery elements of integrated campaigns spanning, film, print, digital.

Working with the MD to see opportunities to develop relationships and increase an accounts value.

Confidently lead conversations as well as being a good listener - reading the room to get the best out people in that moment.

Great organisation skills. Work as part of an overall team, involved in the strategy and creative development, playing a critical role in selling the creative execution and delivery.

Make improvements on how work is presented, to inspire and sell. And then deliver client comments to the team.

Manage timings and budgets with an overall view of the project workflow.

A valued member of the team who people can rely on to deliver. You share an appetite to create the very best work.

The role will suit:
Someone from a larger agency that wants less red-tape and bureaucracy.

A parent coming back from a career break.

People not necessarily based in London.

People from a minority background where you’ve been squashed by unconscious bias.

You must have:

Knowledge of, and passion for, brand, advertising, strategy and how they impact business outcomes.

Production management experience in delivering integrated campaigns.

Solid interpersonal capabilities along with strong verbal, visual, presentation and written communication skills.

A proven track record in project management and organisation.

Resourceful problem solver who’s happy to roll their sleeves up 7+ years experience in an advertising agency.

The Package

A competitive salary.

Two company-wide holidays; 3 weeks off at Christmas and 1 week off in August. Plus (yes plus) the statutory 28 days.

Private healthcare or another health benefit of the same value if you already have it.

Gym membership or activity based membership.

Training courses and professional development programmes.

Absolutely no table football, bean bags or any of that other shite that companies seem to think makes them ‘super cool ninjas’.

And occasional travel to the French Alps (because Paul lives there and thinks it’s the bee’s knees)
