Job description

We’re looking for brilliant people to join the team at Pablo, with a number of opportunities across our client partners. We are very open to meeting those who have come from all walks of life, different backgrounds and experiences as we believe it will make what we do here at Pablo all the more powerful. Primarily, we are searching for candidates to work on two of our flagship accounts, DFS and Costa; with other opportunities also available.
 
DFS (Senior Account Manager)

DFS is a really exciting new client for us, full of ambition and looking for a step change in their business. We’re on the hunt for people to be part of the founding team who are all about making great work, not afraid to get stuck in and able to have a bit of fun in the process. This is one of Pablo’s biggest accounts and we're keen to find people who are just as passionate about the DFS business as we are. 
 
The account is split into a ‘Now’ (campaigns live in the current 3 months period) and ‘Next’ team (focused on campaigns live in the subsequent 3 month period). A SAM will head up each of these (reporting directly into a S/AD) and be responsible for leading the core seasonal campaigns across the year. Where workflow allows, they will also lean in to new product launches – all of which are fully integrated TTL the campaigns which will give you lots of opportunity to not only get under the skin of the brand and push yourself strategically but also make stuff! 
 
We’re looking for people who want to take the step up to AD in the mid term and want to really solidify their role as a SAM and make some brilliant work in the process. You’ll be supported by a Project Manager on each of the Now and Next teams but also have lots of head room to really push your development and spread your wings. DFS being a retailer, you’ll need to be agile, like a little pace but also be strategically switched on as you will be responsible for managing the marketing manager leads and helping support them in making decisions on the direction of campaigns. Managing the X-Agency group will also be an essential part of your role so any experience in this area would be beneficial, but not essential.
 
Costa (Account Manager)

We’re looking for a superstar Account Manager to join a very fast paced and fluid retail account. We need someone who can drive end-to-end campaigns quickly and nimbly through the agency process finding solutions as they go to all the challenges that crop up along the way. This person will be the beating heart of our team, pulling together and leading all the different disciplines within the agency to deliver excellent creative at every touchpoint for the clients. Beyond the day to day we’re looking for a team member who is passionate about improving every aspect of the business – constantly thinking about how we can improve our clients and our team’s experience and output. When it comes to our clients, we need someone that’s excited to keep our clients involved and engaged in the process – we never keep our clients at arm’s length.
