Senior Designer (UI)

Job description

As an agency with digital at the heart we need a designer who is experienced with product design, we want a someone for whom designing frictionless services is second nature, but is also a communications expert who thrives on designing brand experiences that break the mould. We are keen to stand out and for you to stand out too. As a senior designer at true you will be driving the design behind key client projects. Pushing forward the creative ambition of the agency’s output and client’s ambitions.

We want people who are obsessed with communications, connecting with users and consumers on an emotional level, whether that’s through user-centric product design or the creation of impactful digital content, a genuine obsessive visual problem solver.
Working with…
Internal: Agency management team; Agency account team, including Strategists, SEO specialists, Analysts, UX designers, Technologists and production staff.

As senior designer on a project you will be expected to be the bridge between disciplines, working collaboratively to ensure excellence of the end product.

Must be comfortable presenting to external personnel including: Client Marketing, Digital and IT teams; including Marketing Director/Head of Marketing; Digital Heads/Directors and Head of IT etc.

Responsible for…
Running design projects
Cost design phases of jobs.

Lead jobs from creative perspective.

Be the guardian of our clients’ visual brand internally.

Owning project design as key support to Creative director.

Help stretch the suite of creative services we offer.

Desired package experience
Figma – We have recently moved from sketch to Figma, as such a good understanding of Figma would be preferable though we understand that what is important is not your tools but how you use them as long as you’re willing to make the move.

As well as digital product design we’re a full service digital marketing agency, so although we’re not looking for a jack of all trades we’re keen on folk with a range of skills so let us know what you can do and skills you have that we might not know we need yet.
