Senior Digital PR Specialist

We're on the look-out for a PR professional with demonstrable digital experience to join our performance marketing HQ. Working with our world-class team, you can look forward to creating and delivering effective Digital PR and integrated communications strategies, securing linked coverage, ideating interesting and creative onsite content, stakeholder profile building, and generating online exposure for a portfolio of national and global brands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PR senior account manager or senior digital outreach manager to take the next step in your PR career with an award-winning, global agency and being an important part of our tight-knit team. You must have had experience in delivering PR activity online for recognised brands and be looking for an exciting new role where you get to work on large campaigns for leading brands in complex markets.

The role is offered as either fully remote (UK only), or hybrid working from our Norwich office.

Key Responsibilities

- Development of comms strategies for a range of clients and sectors including setting KPIs
- Research, identify and build relationships with journalists, bloggers and influencers within a wide range of industries covering our diverse client base, via email, phone and social media
- Creating ideas for content and messaging that will generate relevant coverage and backlinks for clients
- Stakeholder management and providing counsel to clients
- Managing cross-discipline teams to deliver client campaigns including working with our Studio to develop creative onsite content i.e., graphics, animations, podcasts, photography, and short and long form videos
- Using PR to build up stakeholder and senior client profiles and position them as thought leaders within their respective industries and sectors
- Mentoring and supporting more junior members of the team
- Using various tools and analysis to track coverage achieved and relevant metrics, and to report on these to in-house and client stakeholders


Skill Requirements

- Proven experience in securing online coverage using a range of methods for brands, and understanding what makes a good headline
- Creative approach and original thinking
- An understanding of SEO basics, and how links contribute to organic search performance
- Experience with client relations including presenting proposals, strategies, plans and results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A results-driven mindset
- An advocate of good writing and the ability to produce copy of a high quality
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to help develop, monitor and follow project plans, timelines and deadlines
- Strong team management and mentoring skills, especially when working with juniors
