Senior Strategist

Job description

You’ll work closely with the Head of Strategy to grow the strategic output of the agency. A senior member of the agency team, central to its culture and success, inspiring and empowering those around you, and living our values.

You'll lead brand strategy projects for clients– designing the process, facilitating workshops, conducting interviews, drawing on primary and secondary research and working with a range of branding models to bring the strategy to life and help to embed it.

Leading creative strategy for advertising & campaigns - working with clients to align around a strategic approach rooted in evidence, insight, culture, and a strong understanding of category dynamics, and maintaining oversight throughout development, production and delivery.

We are looking for someone who can form strong partnerships with colleagues and clients based in listening, honesty, and a sense of mutual responsibility for success. Acting as a strategic consult to borne’s clients outside of discreet projects, advising on brand and marketing strategy or responding to changes in their world.
