We are looking for a brilliant Strategy Director to work with a Strategy Partner and CSO to inform our clients’ go-to-market strategies, helping them deliver their business objectives through innovative and forward thinking use of media and marketing.

The client you’ll be working on is one of the biggest retailers in the UK, helping people across the land ‘Build a Better Life’ through their range of Outdoor, Indoor and DIY products. It’s the perfect time to join our team as the client is a new win for the agency and they have some important business challenges they want us to help solve. We want a strategy director to help us be their best marketing partners - challenge them and provide fresh, innovative ideas on how they can accelerate growth.

You’ll work closely with the planning and buying teams at dentsu, helping bring ABTL and digital performance together, as well as working closely with the client’s creative and PR agencies to produce integrated responses. You’ll need be confident in your abilities to make sure yours (and the agency’s) POV carries weight.

We are a small but mighty strategy team and agency, so you’ll need to make an important contribution to shaping our overall company culture and help develop our strategy and planning products.
