Talent Partnerships Lead

Job description

We are looking for a Talent Partnerships Lead who doesn’t just have a voyeuristic view of the world, and the key cultures and subcultures we engage and represent – they will be part of them. Whilst cultural nuance is vital this needs to be combined with drive for results and data, to ensure we’re always meeting objectives and consistently exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities:

Reports into Digital Director, works alongside Content Manager and works above our Community & Culture Exec
Works end-to-end from interrogating the brief, creating talent strategy and campaign ideation based on KPIs, presenting to client, casting or overseeing casting via internal or third-party, negotiating, contracting, briefing talent, overseeing the delivery and reporting on results
Leading our talent service you will be a key decision maker for casting and influencer campaigns, voice of authority in talent partnerships, owner of industry benchmarks, growing the service and team, identify and implement smart improvements to our service
Nurturing talent and agent relationships on behalf of the agency
Working closely with our legal team, overseeing the contracts ensuring watertight processes. Attending workshops, webinars and other sources to stay up to date with industry and advertising regulations particularly in the UK and EU
Attend key client meetings, provide wider team with support, guidance, process, problem solving and support
Conducting industry research and briefing/informing the team on the analysis and findings to ensure the business is updated with the creator economy
Line manage and provide leadership, mentorship and career development to more junior fairies, including monthly 121s, identifying training opportunities and feeding into wider development plans to help us nurture talent
Scoping and budgeting projects with the Account Manager
What we’re looking for…

You will have worked in talent partnerships for over 5+ years across key influencer relationships, working in fashion, beauty and/or lifestyle for global audiences
Experience working across multiple clients and stakeholders across multiple work streams
Aligned and updated with everchanging ASA guidance and how to navigate this in the work that we do
Making relationships will be second nature to you, with both clients and talent/agents
You can really lead, inspire and motivate a team to work at the highest standard
Able to adjust casting strategies depending on the brief and talent
Comfortable and excited by working in a fast moving, female-first, agile and ambitious workplace
You have a really collaborative approach and a strong focus on communication
You will have a strong knowledge of wider marketing trends. You have a nuanced understanding of youth and digital culture and get how our clients can connect to trends and industry movements. You keep ahead of digital trends across platforms, as well as an understanding with what engages and performs
You have an understanding of all key platforms and the role they play for talent: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Youtube and have relationships with them in terms of influencers/content creators
Not afraid to be forthcoming with feedback, opinions and ideas that have the potential to push the work further

We have built up credibility with international clients including Adidas, Nike/Converse, Topicals, Laura Mercier and LVMH. We are looking for a Talent Partnerships Lead to join us in our digital marketing department Fairy Networks, working across some of our key accounts across the influencer marketing process; setting and implementing talent strategy, casting, and managing partnerships with key creators around the world. Our talent-based projects range from campaigns, influencers, events and activations. You will report into our Digital Director and have at least one direct reporting line (Community & Culture Exec who handles street casting) who will report into you.
