Someone to help make the agency as efficient and collaborative as it can be.

You’ll play a key front-of-house role and be an invaluable member of our team, managing operations from facilities to finance. A key part of the role will be providing HR admin support; keeping our people process in shape across everything from recruitment & onboarding to training & appraisals.

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious and self-starting individual to play a key role in a fast-paced and innovative agency during an exciting growth spurt.

What we’re looking for:

- A stickler for detail & organisation, who always stays three steps ahead
- A brilliant people person who is discreet, collaborative and strives to bring out the best in others
- Someone unflappable, who thrives with the pace and variety of agency life and is happy to problem solve and pivot when priorities change. (It’s never the same day twice here – and we’re looking for someone who loves that as much as we do)
- Proactivity & entrepreneurialism, someone who questions how things can be done better and always looks to add value, growing their role as we grow the agency
- Minimum 1 year’s experience – ideally within an agency or creative environment. HR and financial experience would be a big plus.

The Package

Salary from £24K, depending on experience.
