We are an organisation with members at our core and we rightly describe ourselves as the power behind the practitioners. It is the right description because it is through their involvement with us via our Council, committees and groups, that we are able to achieve all that we do. From helping agencies do business better through our commercial programme, to attracting and retaining talent through our talent and diversity and inclusion programme, and ultimately to proving the value of what we do through our Effectiveness programme.
