Jack Chapman is a digital media specialist at Anything is Possible, where he leads on paid media strategy across a diverse range of clients. With a strong foundation in performance marketing, Jack brings expertise in search, social, and programmatic advertising — ensuring campaigns not only reach the right audiences but also deliver meaningful, measurable results. Since joining AIP, Jack has completed several industry-recognised certifications, including the channel-focused training such as Google ads or LinkedIn, demonstrating his commitment to staying ahead of the curve in an ever-evolving digital landscape. In 2024, Jack made the move from London to Manchester as part of AIP’s mission to grow its northern presence. This transition marked a significant career milestone — allowing him to help shape the culture of the Manchester office while continuing to scale paid media success for clients. Now operating as a Digital Lead on several clients, Jack is responsible for managing & developing integrated strategies, ensuring campaigns are empowered to perform at their best. Alongside this, he plays a hands-on role in team development — mentoring junior talent and currently training an apprentice to help nurture the next generation of digital experts. Jack combines strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, bringing energy, clarity, and precision to everything he does.
