Keep all your CPD and qualification history

Did you know you can manage your own account? If you’re moving to a new organisation and want to keep your existing account, you can take it with you. You can also manage your account if you’re between jobs.

Moving to another member agency

Once logged in, simply go to your personal dashboard and:

  • Click on Account Details.
  • Click on Agency or Organisation Details.
  • Click on Moving Jobs button.
  • Update all your new work credentials e.g. agency (once you start typing the agency name select from the dropdown), email, dept, job title, hours etc).
  • You will be sent a new activation email to your new work email to identify you work at a member agency (to gain all the member benefits and discounts).
  • Click on the link in the email to activate your account.

Leaving an agency and keeping access to your account

Once logged in, simply go to your personal dashboard and:

  • Click on Account Details.
  • Click on Personal Details.
  • Click on the pencil edit icon and update the 'Email' field to a personal email. 

Note: As you have registered to login with your personal email, you can update your new work credentials yourself (follow steps in moving to another member agency above).
