Belinda Beeftink named MRS Honorary Fellow

Belinda is one of the first nine to receive the award as the MRS celebrates its 75th anniversary.

IPA Research Director Belinda Beeftink has been awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the MRS.

Belinda is one of the first nine to receive the award as the MRS celebrates its 75th anniversary and was chosen for her consistent championing of insight for the industry particularly through the development of TouchPoints and her work on the continued evolution of audience measurement.

The others honoured with a fellowship are Melanie Courtright, John Gambles, Deborah Mattinson, Elissa Molloy, Dr Camilla Pang, Sir David Spiegelhalter, Stian Westlake and David Wilding.

I am very honoured to receive such a prestigious award and to be in such exalted company. It is rare that work in my area gets recognition like this, so thank you to the MRS.

Belinda Beeftink, IPA Research Director

MRS is awarding 25 Honorary Fellowships in 2021 in recognition of the 25 members the MRS founders deemed were needed to make up a professional organisation in 1946. The announcement of the first Honorary Fellowships comes ahead of the 2021 MRS Impact conference, to be held virtually between 16-18 March.
