Tesco’s Murray Bisschop to Chair IPA CPD Gold Judges

Celebrating exceptional professional development

The IPA has named Murray Bisschop, UK Marketing Director at Tesco as the Chair of Judges for 2025 IPA CPD Gold Accreditation.

Now in its eighteenth year, IPA CPD Gold Accreditation rewards agencies for their exceptional professional development programmes and outstanding investment in the development and wellbeing of their employees.

Bisschop and the judging panel will examine CPD Gold submissions and honour those that demonstrate an embedded, effective and innovative culture of learning throughout 2025, bettering the professionalism, development and reputation of the industry and ultimately adding value to both clients’ brands and agencies’ indispensable worth.

Murray Bisschop Biography:

Murray heads up marketing for Tesco in the UK, where he has been for the last seven years. Prior to his current role, he fulfilled various roles within Tesco, including group own-brand director, resetting its own-brand portfolio as part of the Tesco turnaround. Prior to that, Murray spent his formative years in Unilever, starting out on the graduate programme in South Africa, followed by stints in the UK and globally.
